An additional Postal/Package charge of £7.50 is required for deliveries within the UK mainland. Contact us for international options, all import charges and duties etc are the responsibility of the international purchaser.

On receipt of the payment for your order we will complete and despatch your design to you as efficiently as we can, this is usually by Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK mainland and by Royal Mail "Airsure" for international orders.

Your own individually designed creation will take a little longer, as we may have to order some of the components that you've requested if we don't already have them in stock. We will aim to get your individually designed creation to you within two weeks, but sooner if we can or if you need it urgently for that special occasion.
