Heavenly Halos was established during August 2005 in Paignton, Devon - part of a beautiful holiday resort in the south-west of the United Kingdom known as the Torbay Riviera.

The realisation of an ambition of many years, Heavenly Halos is a designer and manufacturer of quality exclusive Ladies Headwear. Our aim is to provide our customers with a quality product made to exacting standards and designed to  complement our customers outfit for that special occasion,  all at a reasonable price.

Our experience begins with an International Hat and Bridal Headwear manufacturer in the Torbay area where Sandi our designer spent many happy years making beautiful headwear to be exported to many distant destinations in the world.

In later years, Sandi trained with Andrea Frankham-Hughes, a top UK Tiara maker who had one of her designs purchased by the singer Madonna for her daughter Lourdes.

Sandi then trained with well-known millinery designer Janie Lashford at her millinery school where she learned some of the finer techniques required for making Feather Fascinators and Fascinator Hats.

More recently, Sandi has been learning the finer points of Hat design with Rose Cory, couture milliner to the late Queen Mother for many years.

Millinery design is currently Sandi's favourite pastime, she simply loves creating ever more beautiful Feather Fascinators, Fascinator Hats and Tiaras - there's really no controlling her when she has a new idea to try out!
